Student Recruitment Policy

ESs may distribute approved school flyers and brochures in any place where it is legal to do so, but may not alter the approved advertising materials in any manner. ESs may mention by word of mouth to parents or students when openings in enrollment in LVCA are available. ESs may respond to inquires about the charter school that are initiated by a potential student or parent but may not initiate calls for the purpose of persuading them to enroll in LVCA. ESs may list their name and number at the bottom of the LVCA brochure or flyer if he/she is willing to provide introductory information about LVCA, but should also refer all inquiries to the school website for detailed information about the school and how to enroll. Parents can also be informed that they may choose a specific ES that they write onto the school enrollment form, but, in no circumstance can the ES meet with a parent or student before they are directed to do so by LVCA.
