Dear Parent/Guardian or Adult Student:

We have yet to receive official transcripts from (enter name)’s previous school. The LVCA office has requested them, but they have not been sent to us. Please contact your student’s/your previous school and request official transcripts to be sent to us immediately! Without official transcripts, we are not able to determine if your student/you are taking the correct courses needed for graduation from our school.

Transcripts from previous schools must be official in order for us to enter them into our school database and use them for potential graduation purposes. Until official transcripts are entered into our school database, your student/you will not be able to graduate.
