Training Overview

The Education Specialist Training can be found in the ES Handbook on the LVCA web site. It is designed to walk the new ES through each facet of the handbook in an organized manner allowing the ES to choose to work through portions most pertinent to their situation as the needs arise.

1) You should be receiving an e-mail regarding initial basic training and sit from your ES Advisor. If you do not, please contact the school office at 760-248-6800.

2) Start reading through the training section of the ES Handbook. The initial in-person basic training must be done before students can be assigned.

New ESs will receive a mid-year evaluation at the end of the first 6 months of employment.
