Parent Request for Change of ES

A family can request to drop their current ES and transfer to another ES. The Parent Request for Change of ES form must be signed by the parent and sent to the Placerville office for processing. An ES advisor will call the parent to learn how to better service the student with their future ES.

The parent can call Parent Support (1-800-485-2332) to request that a copy of the Parent Request for Change of ES form be mailed to the parent. Alternatively, the form can be printed from the charter school web page.

The request for change to another ES is not official until it has been approved by the ES Support Department. If the requested ES is unable to take additional students, then the office can leave the assignment as it is or find another ES to transfer the student to.
